@Eduardo Suarez One of the biggest (along with BREIA on the first Wednesday of every month) is DREIA, which is this Wed at Miami Shores County Club.  

I had people from all over, but mostly people in towns with a family for wedding.

The catch is that I'm partnering with my best friend (fraternity brother, best man at each others weddings , I trust him with my life) who has some background in REI.

As you can see my schedule is pretty full with school, work, looking for a house, and planning a wedding.

The MontCo and Chester county subgroups of DIG meet in Collegeville the 2nd Wed of every month.

I used to be a wedding photographer and shot his wedding.  

Success is easy when there's a giant festival 1.5 miles from your house, and I've got my work cut out for me making this a year-round destination for vacationers, group gatherings, events, workshops, and possibly even wedding.....but hey, off to a strong start!

Once that's finished and the wedding is over ( yes, it's a busy year), I'll be in full gear to start delving into some deals.

Right now I am renting and will stay here until after the wedding (august) and until we can find a distressed 3-4 plex in our area.
