I've never had a uncovered roof repair. never lost sleep over a couple doors.

Now things happen and get uncovered but do your due diligence on deals. 

In ~1,000 transactions, I've never seen an inspector uncover anything "large" - typically ticky tack items.

@Irina Belkofer - what happens if a claim arises from the past, something your title company wasn't able to uncover and clear?

I honestly, won't do justice to all your questions as there is so much to uncover.
