Not looking for a full-blown solution for cross posting to other sites. 

I’ve seen landlords successfully sued for large amounts due to refusing to remove dead trees resulting in injury; not complying with swimming pool enclosure laws; having window frames in such bad condition that window ac units fell out; refusing to disclose existence of toxic mold; not eradicating lead paint; and many more.  

If the homeowner does not have the correct policy even a tree falling on the home is not covered.

Is anyone familiar with "MB Capital solutions"?

Hopefully, someone will have a solution.

I have big items backing up now like a garage roof tarped I can't afford to reshingle, a back fence falling apart at my own home, leaning trees that need taken out....
