I do however agree with you that there’s no one size fits all approach and depending on the type of business that’s operated and location, the correct strategy may vary. 

Would this be a viable option for hospitals of any size?

Not sure of size of unit, but have you considered smaller tanked units?  

No stock screenings, no work, set it and forget it, exposure to a broad range of good companies and different sectors of economy. 

Meanwhile if this is a single family home but is in an RM1 zoning district (as an example) you can usually get a use permit (number of units is based on the lot size).

Who is responsible for screening and selecting applicants? 

If you are house hacking, think about number of bathrooms, size of bedrooms and layout of the kitchen (can more than two people work in there at once and is there enough storage)?
