Will you allow your tenant to paint the walls of your house?

The STR one is 1989 built and needs some Rehab in form of paint, cabinets, appliances, floor, fixtures, water heater etc.

@Mario Rodriguez we have a lot of out-of-country and out-of-state clients investing in Detroit area.If you can find the right team it goes well.The challenge is finding that team, otherwise you'll get ripped off and lose most your money.PM us for more info if interested.

If anyone here could you guide me or if you have a similar problem please let me know, it is really difficult to realize that I've been ripped off by these people.

I’ve had a tenant through Airbnb which has extended her stay twice (each a month) and has been giving feedback as to how great it’s been.I come to find out (via a lead paint inspection and going down to check on the property) that she is 100% doing rental arbitrage which was not approved by me.

Landlords in NJ are required to have their rental properties built prior to 1978 inspected for lead based paint  by July 22, 2024 per a Phil Murphy signed law in 2021. 

Don't redo the kitchen, maybe some paint and new hardware will suffice.
