It would achieve more with a retail rehab but not ready to go down this road just yet.The strategy now is to rent it out and just hold while prices continue to riseWill post photos shortly

@Kevin Drouillard Without seeing what your rental listing looks like I would say no/bad photos is a good reason that a place might not get rented quickly.

So here I am, not sure who is right, with a handful of confusing photos to hopefully get some experienced advice from the pros.  

Of course you can offer money for little/no interest, even nominally - and that'd be a way to get someone's attention. 

Consider adding a profile photo. 

I asked my agent to shift the order of some of the photos and add a photo of the backyard patio space yesterday.

As for any damage, do you even have before photos to prove it was caused during their tenancy?
