Okay...a little about myself~I am from San Luis Obispo, California and graduated 2 years ago from Cal Poly with a business degree and a concentration in real estate development/finance, which is really cool because I have had great interest in all forms of real estate for about 10 years.

Sellers should enter into reasonable negotiations.The best deal is that which both buyer and seller feel like the winners.Buyers and sellers are not always focused on same points to same degree.

As far as offer deadlines, these are merely part of an overall marketing strategy, and are not "official" or set in stone in any way (except HUD, VA and some auction platforms to some degree).
