I don’t see where a rental would make sense, so I’m trying to look at other options to cover the monthly payments until the market goes back up.  

As long as no “healthcare” services are provided (like medication or personal care), it’s not regulated by the Department of Health.

Keep in mind they might have sold it a month ago and are working through contingencies, so they haven't made it pending yet.

               $215K @ 2.65% rate to be paid offRental in area -                I can rent this for $2600/month and it will give $500 cash flow after mortgage and HOA.              

It will take some time to vet the ones you really want to work with and that are good resources for you to use month in and month out. 

This would give an initial rental rate, and then step up every 3 months slightly until you reach your target rental rate. 

All others are month to month or expiring this year.I used a spreadsheet I typically use to analyze a financed deal.

If they don't, the document says their consequence is that they will automatically convert to a month-to-month rental on [DATE] with a 25% increase to their rent.
