Be careful- literally street by street can be very different.

There's literally anything and everything, so to compare it to other good markets for house hacking is difficult due to the fact that other 'good' regions usually come with less job options and therefore in my mind are less secure.

I really think you need to take some time to understand your own personal goals before making any moves (literally or figuratively).

So you have people with thousands of dollars in monthly mortgage + monthly expenses who aren’t even breaking even in peak summer season.

I literally had to get an UW to 3-way on a call with Freddie to prove that it was allowed to be omitted and the lender still said no even though Freddie said it was within the guidelines. 

Some home builders are eating profits buying down the rates with the lenders to get into the 4's or 5's fixed but it comes at a steep cost many tens of thousands in fees upfront to the lender.

If the Due on Sale is called and there is no equity, the buyer has to bring in thousands of dollars to close when they sell.

Literally this form takes five minutes to complete and you have probably wasted hours worrying about nothing.

Even if I were found guilty, the cost would be in the thousands, not in the millions.
