I believe there are numerous opportunity left on multifamily deals where price point of around 800k-3m  where most institutional buyers are not looking at. 

I believe you have to get invited?

As long as you are NOT planning to swing a hammer / do work, there should NOT be any problem.Having said that, I remember the days when even going to a business meeting required you to have a 'formal invite' (email was usually enough).

Short-term vacation rentals is pretty much one of the main industries here with privately owned condos being more popular and numerous than hotels.

There are so many little things about this that are not complicated, but so numerous its mind boggling.  

Since no one in my close circle is available or cares I figured I'd extend the invite to anyone in the BP family that is local. 

I attend 2 local meet ups and heading to one tonight that I was invited to, which is 1 1/2 hours away but I take this seriously and want to meet as many people as possible.
