I am very impressed with your knowledge and will definitely going with your firm for the simpler 401k trust plan, and I will get rid of the LLC.Just for the sake of exercise, could anyone please still let me know if an IRA makes a private equity investment into an LLC and becomes the 100% owner of the LLC, and the LLC later receives tax forms against its EIN, will the owner of the IRA just disregard those tax forms?

Prob a good idea which is why I recently added one after hosting the property over 3 years.

I found someone that I think would be a good fit because he is firm, trustworthy and he is able to work manually quite well.

Letting private equity firms and public firms buy up millions of single family houses is not good for the country and the government should ban it.

However, I am intrigued by the STR market and would like to connect to see if I could add value to someone in their business or help (Co-Host) managing their STR.

There are a lot of real estate meetups/groups that you can find happening in NYC and surrounding areas with a quick google search - I actually host a small one every month as well you're welcome to attend to network with folks. 

The STRategic Investor does a meet-up in Atlanta that is made up of a number of North GA STR hosts.
