I am thankful for your honesty.

I love your honesty.

And, to be honest,  I wouldn't have it any other way. 

I've heard of using a standardized form and checking boxes in their areas of deficiency - but in all honesty, the only reason they are being rejected is that the tenant I ended up choosing was is the one that I got along with best.I want to avoid anger and/or backlash but also want them all to feel like their applications were well reviewed 

To be honest I got pretty frustrated.

There is a boomerang effect on generosity and honesty, if I were you I would look at the long approach.

The thing that stands out to me is your genuine honesty about how brutal and difficult your journey was but yet you succeeded.

Basically they were already managing the property when I bought it and in all honesty I would not have dared to go it alone from scratch.

To be honest, I didn't look into HELOC at all so I don't know if that may have been a better way to go.  

With honesty and ethics, along with a healthy dose of "pay it forward" mentality.
