Just want to give some Columbus investors some update regarding my property tax increased several folds.

Once your LLC/portfolio grows or more LLC members come into the fold I do find it prudent to work with an attorney to further refine your articles of incorporation and/or other LLC docs.

(But that could be a thread onto itself).Regarding the biggest issue here, using one bank account for only the holding LLC will save you a lot of extra admin work and bookkeeping, however, if I were a plaintiff attorney in a lawsuit where you are the defendant, the co-mingling of your funds amongst all your entities would be a easy way to show to the court that these entities aren't being treated separate and are ultimately an alter ego for you, in an individual capacity, and your structures (and underlying assets) could be folded into one big pot to pay out a claim. 

This past week, we have seen some smaller banks collapse and larger banks like Silvergate fold.

So given that background information, my question to  you is two fold. 

I’ve thought you’d want a thicker mattress than can fold up, and not sure you’d want the sheets and blanket just folded up in there for however long. 

I went back to my car and grabbed a stack to leave at the club...you never know who will take a card.One more tip related to business  cards, you can create a flyer/business card holder by taking a piece of paper, folding the bottom (about the width the of a business card) and then staple the ends.

And "coincidently" the daily water usage jumped up 10-fold, from 60 cu.ft per day to 600 cu.ft per day EVERY SINGLE day!!

Your selling point is two fold.
