Just found this VA Loans blog, it is fantastic.

We currently promote over 31,000 listing from all over US and $72B in inventory.The website has fantastic campaign in Google and is designed to capture as many buyers leads as possible but I am having problem monetizing it. 

Unfortunately @Chris Irvin I'm not as close to you and don't know anyone in your area but I'm sure someone will chime in here, this place is a fantastic resource.  

They are fantastic people (mostly), but they are involved in the transaction not committed to it.

I also went to my other property where I had stored my tools, clothes, etc., from the last trips.

They both relate very well to RE and it creates a fantastic well rounded investor

I suspect in Omaha you can do very nicely on say 20k a month... and spend say 5% of your income on a toy.. still leaves you 19k a month to live on.. great house in your market probably all in is not more than 3 to 4k a month leaving you 15k for food and cloths.. so you can buy the car  :)

Account ClosedYes, a 0% credit card would be a fantastic option to fund your investment.However, it is very risky.  

Personally, I don't feel this duplex is worth anything even close to 199K asking price, but it's in a fantastic location where properties tend to always sell for a high value (Clarks Summit, PA) area.
