Ethically, I do not want to try and convince one of the current tenants to vacate unless they would oblige and be compensated for their inconvenience.

As long as you are planning on occupying for the required time then flipping it to an investment, I think that’s a great strategy.Definitely would not recommend or approve of ethically purchasing a property using one of those loan vehicles for an investment.

Review Agency, review the Code of Ethics, look at your local and state regulations; then also tally the total expenses to carry a license...

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

The ethics complaint has been submitted to the bar now-a 100-page document with all of the attachments outlining his conduct.  

So, its not necessarily the vendor/company but the loan officer personality and work ethic that you are looking for. 

I was also told by a different agent that discussing other offers in this way was against their code of ethics?
