If so, how effective has it been?

I am learning but am struggling to tie tools, etc, together to understand a deal.  

My opinion is that the overall direct effect of immigration policy on any given market will pale in comparison to other factors such as the economy, inflation and deregulation. 

They have decent PM tools. 

This charge is currently not in effect and can only be levied after the Developer is no longer entitled to appoint members of the JVCA Board.

I agree with @Jonathan Greene here that the first step is thinking through what to do with the primary residence - you might try this tool that I built a few months ago to analyze whether you should keep or sell the primary residence! 

Honestly, this approach doesn't seem like a very effective practice, which may explain why it wasn’t working.

Also at closing: You should provide proof that the lender is named as such on a valid hazard insurance policy effective at least on the day of closing.Regarding the closing to sell or refi, yes, your lender will just need to provide a payoff letter with wiring instructions to the closing agent.

It’s all about positioning yourself for long-term gains, and with your current knowledge and tools, you’re in a great spot to make that happen!
