I hope that most people here are aware that landlords of commercial properties make huge profits out of installing solar power to their commercial properties.  

Growing up I helped my dad renovate flips and manage a commercial property.

I read about commercial insurance but I am not sure if it is applicable here and if it is, please help me understand how it differs from the traditional landlord insurance. 

My STR is covered by a commercial hotel/motel policy from State Farm.

One last thing when looking into 5 plus units you will be in the commercial lending space. 

If you visit, you will see many commercial developments in the city and new single-family homes continuing to be built in the suburbs.

However, despite of myself being natural from there I have my doubts about financing a commercial property and finding the right partner.

Other options such as seller financing, hard money loans and commercial loans that I have looked into all seem to require a balloon payment of sorts which I am not convinced I'd be able to refinance it for the balloon payment being that it has shown difficult to get a loan on it as it is now.
