Much of it is from lenders trying to refi to terms that do not favor us but get them paid a few points for restructuring our debt.We are not doctors, lawyers, or any other professional that justifies this debt.

Many of them with long term leases and/or very long term clients i.e. doctors, dentists, attorneys, etc. who don't tend to move around much. 

This is the ethical and legal responsibility of any agent, just like it is with attorneys, financial planners, CPAs, doctors, etc.To be an agent for the seller, you must act with their best interests at heart.

There are licensed doctors who went through 10 years of schooling and who are total hacks, liars and cheats.

LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC never produced the receipts to me (the ones they said they had) when I questioned about the additional $40.Also, to add some context, I am moving back to my home country and I feel like that situation made LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC think that they could take advantage of the deposit by absconding with extra cash (thinking that just because I am not in the US any longer, that it won't bother me).The investing industry is really small - I don't know if they were aware that tenants can also be people of influence, lawyers, doctors, business owners and investors themselves.
