Sorry ... gotta ask a "dumb" question here (I've never looked much into MHPs) ...Don't the home owners own the mobile homes while the park owner owns the lots and everything else?

this depends on three things:1) your work ethic and personality2) your hunting and acquisition budget3) your timeTIME: If you're working full time, door knocking is out of the question.

The inspector wanted me to add 2 screws to anchor the condenser and he did check for leaks at the gas connection (the gas connection that was flagged was decades old and I questioned if was before a permit was required but city stated it was up to me to prove that it was there prior to permit requirement).

The only example I can think of is that I asked an applicant questions about their credit report.
