But it's a golden phone call so the paying agent doesn't mind the split.Between non-agents the only thing you can't do is make the fee a function of or contingent upon closing, because for regulators that starts to smell too much "like a commission".

The adhesive is powerful chemical smell, and you really need to know what you're doing as far as layout, rolling edges, etc.

Shampoo, condition, body wash, hand soap, coffee, creamer, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, copious amounts of sheets, pillow cases, blankets, etc.Nearly every Airbnb host I have talked to has lost money on cleaning fees, so there is another expense.

The buyer SHOULD have gotten inspections which would uncover dry rot by poking into exposed wood, other than smelling musty or seeing black or green scum on the walls a mold inspection is more detailed and samples go to a certified lab.

No matter if anyone complains or not there is a decent chance some tenants have left over the smell of chemicals and people showing up far to early in the AM and having problems parking themselves.
