Life as a student wasn’t easy and had some quirks to it that seemed annoying.

I am all ears and will ask an annoying amount of questions to an open ear.

My complaint is pretty mild in the grand scheme of things, it is impossible to change ACH payment accounts on the loan and leave absolutely no information for solutions, coupled with a poor online platform was pretty annoying.

It's not in the managers or current owner's interest to continually disturb tenants for every showing as the deal could fall through and the property may go off market, leaving you to interact with tenants who are now annoyed.

I know from experiencing my kids downloading crap that this can happen and it's annoying as hell.

Separate leases per person in one dwelling gets annoying/difficult to enforce unless you are living there like you are and actually can tell who is at fault for what. 

It took the entire 7 days for them to approve, which was really annoying.

The more annoying(gratifying) part is if the bid is accepted :)

Some of them will find you extremely annoying. 

I am asking because that likely means you will be purchasing with an FHA loan and FHA tends to be annoying with the PMI.
