The idea of letting your place be a party house may sound dangerous to a landlord, but these are (mostly) responsible adults with a lot to lose.

The truth is, more than 40% of the adult population in the US admit to having smoked weed at some time.

Now she is graduating from college and entering adult life in another city, getting her first full time job in her field, etc. 

I do require, however, that any adult over 18 years of age qualify independently unless a dependent of an applicant, so that would not work in their favor.

I refuse to be the intermediary for these tenants as they are adults!

I'll bet most of the people on this site had similar childhoods...and we are (almost all) well-adjusted, functioning adults!  

The current home is kind of a tight squeeze for us (2 adults and 3 kids) and I know that can be a qualifier for USDA (not sure how subjective it is?)

My siblings and I are all adults and only asked for 1 or 2 items each, I dibsed a meteorite and some tools.

There will always be those that apply and don't qualify hoping not to get caught but they were warned and out 30/adult for each application.
