WHO is your tenant base is it local,regional, or national industrial type tenants?

According to this article, the region added 3,348 jobs last year which is quite impressive.

When you have such a major area like the Bay Area and Sacramento regions within 2-3 hours drive and lots of high wage earning individuals in those markets I would believe they will continue to vacation there.

Now I am finally ready to pull the trigger after getting over the biggest hurdle... convincing the wife.So I currently hold 2 SFRs with no mortgage in San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire region of SoCal.

I'm just getting started but seriously, every minute of this process I have to forgive myself for not starting sooner, what an IDIOT I was.I'm 44, and have been a Regional Commercial Facilities and Property Manager for almost 10 years.

This makes me believe that the effects of the next downturn are going to be:- More regional than national.
