They all just repeat each other saying buyers agents will no longer be paid, or that sellers can’t pay them now, or that commissions were fixed at 6% before this and are now negotiable (there was a lawsuit about this but it was in the 1950’s).

In my case I have several liens that will likely make 3 years at the end of this year, so this will affect all of them for me and everything else over the next couple years.I've flown in to attend some in person sales in CO and for the most part I was ok with the premium bidding as I anticipated getting a decent amount of deeds at the end of the day.
