I’ve told my mother and other friends about this ad, and they’re worried it might be a scam.

I myself have been protecting my 80 year old mother from various sharks as her home approaches its foreclosure auction date.

My mother-in-law has a house which she is considering to rent it out.

We are looking to invest now in RE properties but my current question is for our mother-in-law suite.

Currently renting my basement out to a single mother and her child since last March, original rent was $1575 (all utilities) and I saw her situation at the time and dropped it to $1500 for a 12 month lease with all utilities included, she purchased a electric charging vehicle less than two months after moving in so obviously taking full advantage of all utilities included.Two months ago, she had a boyfriend stay with her and told me that it was temporary while he is looking for a new place.

After lurking around, I’ve decided to introduce myself and get more involved with the community.Currently, I am working full time as a field engineer while my wife is working on finishing her degree in nursing.
