I recently attended a 3 day workshop in Seattle to learn about investing in real estate.

At the county workshop they stated about 50% of people bring lawyers to close.

I have been to a RESPONSE workshop that showed basics of investing.

@Joshua Thibeaux I feel like most of these workshops only scratch the surface, and/or are trying to hook you into paying for a more expensive class or coaching.

I started to attend different meetings and 3 day workshops until I found Than Merrill’s Fortune Builders and I fell in love with the people there and ended up actually borrowing money in order to join their (most affordable) program because I saw a real opportunity to grow and it gave me access to their Realeflow office system.

I've also taken a Fortune Builders 3-day workshop to add to my education.

As far as I can tell, the structure was previously permitted (in the 80s) as a "garage + workshop."

I'm interested in learning about taking a lease for a space that I would in turn sublet for yoga/pilates/fitness classes, rehearsals, workshops, etc.
