But if your rate is 3.5 or so, bumping up to 5 or 5.5 is what you'd be looking at in the conventional loan invest grade mortgages, so it is a bit of a wash.  

We white-wash these areas and the people from there don't simply move away, they are forced out.

We primed and repainted the whole place and washed the carpet (tide and bleach) but there is still a smoke smell probably from the carpet (and maybe the blinds which are in great condition but are covered with tar).

In Pickaway county it's 3 business days so Saturday and Sunday are a wash.

But, monthly warranty expenditures might have made it a wash.
