Has every market (by city or by zip) in SoCal, which is where we fix & flip & build rentals.I'd recommend more drilled-down market stats like the bottom graph for validating your underwritings and making go-no go decisions, but it's still interesting to visualize & pick-out those super-performant markets.To be fair, I haven't seen something like this either, that's why I built it!

For example I have a 4 unit in Rogers Park chicago its gone from working class with some gangs to now houses over a million being built and rents up 50% to a few years ago, same happening in Portage Park and Albany Park.

If you are 75% complete rehab you are very close to ordering furniture IMO.3 - Look for safety hazards - i.e. uneven steps etc.If your time in town is limited I would focus on these 3 areas.

I know I just ratified a transaction where I was selling a new build ( not yet built) and the broker representing the buyer had a very high buyers broker agreement that simply does not work for builders and what we have to do to manage the process.

My own thoughts are that you can own fewer properties in CA to built long term wealth vs. buy a lot more properties in other states.
