I recently found a company in Washington state that sells drywall tape that is already textured (you can buy it smooth as well) that cannot be punctured - so it can be used instead of patching with drywall and mud - and look invisible when paint is applied over it. 

Then plant a couple of bushes and use 1 large planter with a bush in it. 

But given that it's mid-construction, you're going to have to find the right money, as it's few and far between right now, given the market texture. 

Investing in buy-and-hold real estate is planting the seed that will eventually grow into an apple tree that produces apples for the rest of your life.

New cabinets, and granite counter tops, full bathroom rehab in 2 bathrooms, new windows, new wood sighting on entire outside of home, new wood deck in back yard, new paint and texture job throughout.

They will do site design, including pavement, plants, stormwater control. - Possible: a lawyer experienced in zoning cases.

@Michael Plante Of course the numbers are the priority first and foremost but traditionally a larger asset has better economies of scale that's why people tend to try and buy the biggest property they can afford to get.
