If you are buying the $1.5M+ mix-use buildings the buyer pool is much smaller and there's far greater negotiation power on the part of the buyer.

That's one of the nicer ones and it does look like it is getting good use.HOWEVER....don't buy a home with a pool as an investment property in Arlington.

I would like to know if they are planning to do something about pricing popular amenities, namely pools. 

Based on my experience, I strongly believe that investing in a Hollywood property with a pool can provide the best overall return on investment (ROI) and speculative value growth in the area.

I think you will find the same if you rent your house by the room assuming you have a decent sized tenant pool.

I am thinking of a landlord-friendly warn and sunny State such as Florida or Texas with a year-around vacation market location with yearly high vacation rentals occupancy rate that is also STR-friendly short term and long term...
