Your money's obviously burning a hole in your pocket, but asking strangers on the Internet what to do with it might not be the wisest option.

No stranger will offer a loan without pulling your credit, realistically. 

At least you won’t have to bother doing any tenant background checks since it will be complete strangers in your properties.

The biggest issue is your other tenants will probably not enjoy having strangers coming and going, it makes your other units less desirable.

Are you the type that walks into a room full of strangers, and does not have a problem walking up to people and having conversations (not selling, just at least introducing yourself)?

I had a similar situation recently with the same house and a potential tenant that swore up and down that she wanted the property...I waited one day to place the home on the market and than despite her desires I had to move forward with marketing because I am not going to trust a stranger with no proof.

I wouldn't trust the opinions of total strangers on BP.
