With that low of an ltv, whether borrower pays or not, it’s a high yield investment that is very secure (I would argue more secure and higher yielding than a CD at Silicon Valley Bank).

@Steve Vaughan  these types of frenzies I think kind of started in Silicon valley in the mid 80s  we were still in the family home in Cupertino.. and we would get door knockers.. usually nice Asian couple and walk up knock on door..
