Someone can pound out thousands of posts, and if they have very few votes, then that may signal that the quality of what they are posting is low quality.

if so - this  wont  be  realistic  at all ......if its   next  friday  ten days  from now ..maybe  but still very tight ....make sure you provide the new lender  100% of the data  needed  as soon as its asked for ..make sure you  sign / e sign  all documents  they  send you as soon as asked ....make sure the  new lender  is allowed to  use  the  exisiting appraisal  and  make sure they have  requested it  from 1st lender ...if they cant   use it and a new appraisal is  needed - this  needs to be ordered asap..make sure the new lender  intiaites  contact with the title  comp/ the settlement comp and your  homeowners insurance  company asap .
