If you get a copy of the seller's deed from the public records and it was prepared and recorded by a title company, their file number is probably on it, most likely in the upper left-hand corner. 

A couple years ago, the CN railroad purchased a large parcel of land (40+ Ac) that included a small farm with a couple barns and an old farm house in one corner of it.

Depending on where it is, I might work with Section 8 housing in my town (Winter Haven) or set up STRs in the other 3.
