I scanned thru the posts and might have missed some answers.

It enables you to scan receipts from your phone and it's OCR capability "reads" pertinent information and integrates into Quickbooks eliminating a lot of data entry and paper records.

Im guessing the property was recently listed since there is no pics available but just by judging the neighborhood it sounds like a decent place to live (aka the "weston dream" as South Florida investors may know about). 

I really like the HP for the scanning features and nothing else.

Meaning I saw some pics of the property and it seems to lack a exhaust hood over range.
