The fan blade is relatively thin aluminum (older models) or plastic (newer), so don't go crazy when cleaning it.Tip: If you take the cover off, put the screws in your pocket, or put them in a plastic bag up on the kitchen counter.

Carry 2-3 sets of everything and make sure it's all made with an easy to clean material (sheets, pillows, wine, toilet paper, water bottles, shower curtains, window curtains, garbage bags, shampoo, coffee, ect).

I'm a couple of thousand miles away, but per Home Depot's Web site, at the South Philadelphia store (1651 S Columbus Blvd)...Veranda Linden 6 ft tall x 8 ft long fence panel, 16 @ $69.74 = $1,115.84Veranda Linden line post, 17 @ $31.57 = $536.69Total for those two: $1,652.53 before tax; probably about $1,800 after taxAdd in: bags of concrete to set the posts in, a gate if you need one, a manual post hole digger (or renting a power one)... maybe $2,100 in materials, +/-.Based on the bids you've been getting, that leaves around $2,400 to $3,400 for labor.

For me it was being 18 just got my license .. tough first 3 months nothing happened .. then I made a sale to someone who was 3 hours late to the appointment but took less than 30 minutes to choose the property so the entire transaction save my 3 hour wait took me less than 4 hours total.. and I made 900.00 dollars.. before that I was bagging groceries for 2.75 and hour and only got that much because we were union. minimum wage then was 1.65 an hour.. did the math and never looked back..
