They should be told you are going to replace the appliances and to have the refrigerator cleaned out before you arrive.You have the right to replace them at anytime you choose as long as you don't leave them with nothing to use unless you specifically wrote in their lease you are not required to provide them with a refrigerator.Are you selling the property to another investor before they take it away from you?
