Update on the roof: I had the insurance adjuster out to the house and he approved replacing the roof, gutters, down spouts, window screens, mailbox, and refinishing the deck.

All I did was paint, refinish floors, and put a new roof on it.Unfortunately right now the deals are few and far between.

In addition to bringing the plumbing, electric, and HVAC up to code, I also removed a wall between the kitchen and living room, expanded the bathroom, replaced the remaining old windows, repaired stucco, rebuilt the entry steps, replaced all lighting fixtures, refinished all hardwood floors, and repainted.

I would like to learn how to do some basic home improvement work such as tiling, floor installation, floor refinishing, drywalling, painting, landscaping etc.. so I can apply it to my own future properties.

I discovered after the deal was done that the kithchen cabinets were solid Mahogany Wood with copper handles after a nice refinish and some TLC they look amazing and are irreplaceable today.All in all it was an awesome experience and am looking forward to doing more!

No actual issues, we just need to re-finish or maybe just polish the hard wood floors, re-shingle the roof, paint the walls, re-landscape and do a kitchen/bathroom reno.
