As far as tools, I am a Real Estate Investment Analyst by day, a Realtor for investors on the side, I'm working towards a CCIM certification, and I have a Masters in Real Estate Development.

I also hear a lot that you should stick with one thing and master it and not switch between investing strategies.So my question is, what do you think about me finding someone in the area that is doing well investing in apartment buildings and try to help them out some way in order to get an "in" to that type of investing first, rather than starting out small?

After our Plumbers put in our sinks in the Master Bathroom one of them would not drain.

I even spotted a brand new master electric control panel outside.

I have a commercial building that I have a therapy practice out of and before I owned the building I was just one of the renters subletting from the therapist who had the master lease.  

I am currently finishing up my Masters and I chose to take a Real Estate Finance class, So far it has been everything I have hoped for and I am learning a lot! 

Long story short, in the inspection period, I noticed that the the bed was against the wall during the pictures in the master bedroom for the internet.

Pick one model to understand and work to master. 

I'm trying to get a master lease with option to buy.
