Good Morning BP Nation,Purchased my first investment property in Greenville, NC approx. 4 months ago.

I've found a couple options with early morning/late night hours that would allow me to still do my job as an agent full time because I have read that it is next to impossible to become successful in the field if you're just part timing it.

Good Morning BP Family, I have googled lead listings and came across a few companies that offer the service; however I would like to know what lead listing services you guys are using.  

I reached out to an agent this morning in reference to a property that's close to my home.

I got a message from 21st this morning that said I need to explain to SCDOR that these homes were purchased as inventory and should be exempt from sales tax. 

I wired the money to the individual and found out the next morning from my lender the transaction was fraud!

@Justin Guidry,Good Morning Justin,Very new to investing, but I have been a caregiver in two ALF in Lafayette.Day to day duties were to check on every resident every two hours, assist them to and from activities if needed, such as the in home salon, church, etc. taking the residents to doctor's appointments and the light houskeeping of the rooms.
