I have already invested in PPR note funds (10% 3 years income & liquidity) and GSP.

@John BrownEach to their own.. personally I’ve been liquidating my properties to reinvest in more passive, higher yielding investments.  

Should I put it towards my Primary Loan on my Primary residence or keep it liquid for unforeseen repairs or when I purchase my next rental/flip?

Need to understand your credit, experience and liquidity.

What is market specific is the liquidity in the market.

I would imagine that once I have more liquid cash to make my purchases, I would like to work with them.

I have a lot of other investments I really don't want to touch so I'm hoping to liquidate some other assets to get the cash flow for the down payment I need .

My Father passed away and so my Mother gradually liquidated the properties.As of two years ago I bought my own 4 unit building and live in one of the units.

A local investor is liquidating 13-14 rental properties and it seems like there is a good opportunity.

Or get the property in my hands, do a few more deals, maybe flips to get some more liquid cash, or connect with a private investor or a builder/experienced investor who knows the ins and outs to do the construction on 2 potential luxury single family homes (comps in the area are between 400-700K) or 4 townhomes (comps around 325-450k in the area)), and actually build on the land.
