My major is psychology and my minors are forensic psychology and criminal justice.

Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, is prosecuting real-estate participants for these clear antitrust violations.It is true that in most geographic regions, you see commissions at around the same level, no matter what agent is hired.

Plaintiffs don't want to wait years for a trial date, plaintiff's lawyers want a quick fee payment where they don't have to spend a lot of hours with only the percentage of the damages to collect, and the plaintiff's attorney knows a lawsuit is NOT about justice or right from wrong - it's all about getting a settlement. 

It's difficult to fight such things but I was going to ask a friend at Institute For Justice about it.

Were any of the Justices replaced?

So, that metric is just icing if it holds.  

I would hate to see anyone get hooked up in the unforgiving world of the federal criminal justice system just to say they got a deal on a house.
