I don't want to imply any potential misgivings, but there is a lot of money at stake.

It is generally considered unethical (if not flat out illegal) to advertise a unit for lease and then offer it at a higher price than advertised (assuming the terms are the same as the advertisement would imply). 

However, occupancy “as the veteran’s home” implies that the home is located within reasonable proximity of the veteran’s place of employment.

He then further complains all air vents in the house are dirty and sort of implies we need to get all vents cleaned. 

That implies that the top edge should go over the laminate to allow floating.  

I guess I just don't see WP as hard thing to learn as you imply, and again, if they're using your content without editing it, it isn't just that "results may vary" - it puts them at a risk for a Google penalty.

He knows the area, Doesn’t BS, and he works hard for you. by the way, I am a real estate trainer (just not licensed in PA) so I know a good agent when I see one.
