Hey @Bobby Valcin, yes I got feedback from the group and they said it's looking like $1,100/mo is the max I can get for a 1/1 in the area. 

From there, I would ask them questions about what they do and gather as much information as possible.

We have a team physically in the Philippines to gather talent.
