Undoubtedly all of us have business expenses that can rack up large credit card points balances and can be used for travel in ways better than just using the CC's travel portal.I am leaving Thursday going in business class (full lie flat seats) from Tampa to Switzerland for 70,000 points + $56. 

That means no HOA neighborhoods, which rule out many places.  3bedroom might make it tough to work, unless you're sleeping in the laundry or garage and renting full 3bedrooms. 

As a creative professional historically "allergic to math," I never thought I'd consider real estate investing, but life is full of surprises!

I don’t recommend doing value add deals if you don’t want to turn this into your full time gig.

With the election over and the New year approaching ,its a waiting game for that extra 1/2 or full point to come down.

I hate to say, but most people here will not truly understand what AI is, and thats ok, but I too am learning and wanting to get more help on using AI for its full potential in real estate.
