They are big burly guys that smell like diesel fuel, drive jacked up 4x4s, have neck tats and chew tobacco for breakfast. 

Can anyone point to an instance of where a Fair Housing violation was handed down by a state or federal regulatory body in response to a letter from a potential buyer to seller?

Owner has property for rent and is willing to sell property on lease option  which is great but the owner want a application filled out with $50 fee. right the deal is stalled because I am not giving him a $50 application fee My question is has any body run into this before how do you over come this objection?

Think about it with the part of your body that is ABOVE your shoulders.

It tastes bad or it is hard water that clogs up and breaks appliances, sticks to your sinks, toilets, and showers, or even smells like rotten eggs.Have it inspected.

Units that are hoarding or borderline hoarding units often come with or develop unique smells, pests, rodents etc and they will start to be an issue for your other tenants.
