I'd personally prefer longhorns/outback.We have two movie theaters (stand alone) going in... and the only announced restaurants going in with them are zaxbys and dunkin donuts.

When was this announced?

I just asked my realtor about this last week and he said 90% don't close on time.The first one was a 2 month delay once the underwriters discovered that my husband's employer was going through a bankruptcy- they announced it about a week before we were to close.  

He recommended the certified letter announcing that if the contractor did not make arrangements to pick up his tools by a specific date, they would be disposed of.

I remember reading a similar thread here on BP where a young gal decided to overstay her lease, knowing that it would take several months for the landlord to evict her.The landlord showed up one Saturday AM (early) with two burly, unshaven men and announced to her "You are correct that it will take several months to evict YOU.  

I'd buy the place just to evict him asap. ...Knocking on every door before you are the owner to announce the presence of the sex offender is probably a bad idea.
