Here you would sell to someone that can run their business form the home or the garage/workshop if that’s allowed by local code.

For the past 3 years, I've paid my property manager in Costa Rica via paypal, a minimal cost for me and he gets his money next day.   

My question would be becoming a qualified assisted living operator and the certifications / licensing per your state (For me Texas) to get your property up to code?

Where is the best place for me to look for someone like that?

A certified letter is good because they sign for it, acknowledging receipt, any other forms of written communication you can get to document that they were notified of the hazard probably also helps. 

Something that confuses a lot of people is they think these calls from companies are a form a rental arbitrage.

Personally looking back at it switching into LLC was a more of a headache for me and did not do much for adding a level of protection that insurance did already handle.  

I’m not able to personally qualify for cash out refinances.I'm looking to sell my home located in Southwest Florida in a HOA community but want to remain in the home to lease- 3 years or more.Does anyone have experience with this type of program or have any suggestions for me on where to look to get this done.
