I made the mistake of not doing so and it cost me three weeks.Other things I learned at least in Cobb: sheriff takes longer to serve than a licensed process server but costs the same, filing by Internet slows the process better to go to the courthouse, demand does not have to be a three day.

I also am in IT and know SQL Server well enough to be dangerous!

RingCentral is another strong competitor, but Dialpad won it over for me due to its simplicity to setup and use.If you want to save costs, I have seen a free personal Google Voice account work with a VPN chrome extension.

One of the things I was shown to do is use site-specific email accounts.If you have a web server that provides an email account, you can generally specify a "general" account or some such thing, where all emails go if the user name can't be found.

Its probably a crazy idea however last night as I was surfing BP while BP was having the little issue with server load I thought what a pain in the butt it must be to be the owner of this site at times...

Let's face it, quality is what we are after because junk postings only contribute to server load and slow down this site's performance.

We did have a problem with one of our servers and have since corrected it.  

I would recommend using process server.

After you've paid your attorney, process server, and court costs, of course.
