My experience was that listing it with the Housing Authority was enough to get the phone ringing.

I prefer the west side, but I do manage properties in most of the east side inner ring suburbs (Maple Heights, Garfield Heights, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, South Euclid, Euclid).
